Introduction
My name is Nicholas Bagley, but I go by Nick. I am a nationally certified personal trainer through NASM and I have my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a concetration in Fitness Leadership. I’ve been in the pursuit of bettering myself through fitness for the last 10 years. My interests in fitness were first peaked by my JROTC Physical Fitness Team, and once I started hitting the gym to get better for the team, I fell in love with the weights. Growing up, I always felt smaller than most of my peers. In hindsight, I was probably about the same, but these thoughts in my head drove me to the pursuit of building a physique I was proud of. Through this journey, not only have I fallen in love with changing my own body and bettering myself, but I have found a deep love for helping others find that same passion in fitness. After a few years of really dedicating myself to training, the idea of competing on a bodybuilding stage worked its way into my head and once I finally stepped out under those lights, I knew I was hooked.

When you decide to choose me as your Transformation Coach, you can expect to have me at your disposal at any time. Not only will you get a training plan that will be programmed specifically to your needs, whether it’s lifestyle, muscle building, fat loss, or you want to get on stage, but you will also get a specific tailored meal plan and supplement regiment to get you to whatever goal you have. We will check in weekly with pictures to assess progress and make any changes we need in order to keep things progressing smoothly.
